A developer that leaves you with snags the length of your arm. Nice houses but so many things in the complex left incomplete. They took our money and just stopped caring about their clients. Bad signage, poor compliance and empty promises. Not impressed.

I have lost count of things I have had to replace within a year of living here due to poor quality in finishes and post sales service. Lack of accountability by the developers , they simply don't care what financial state they place all the new owners as a result of unpaid municipal bills and incomplete work done. Simply pathetic and unprofessional.

Build quality great but poor after sales service. Still outstanding snags and the Estate needs to be handed over in a few days. If you buying from this Developer ensure that you cross your t's and dot your i's and get everything in writing.

Worst communication,never attends to issues,ignores calls and emailsTheir suppliers are also the worst we suspect a gas leak in our unit we called their supplier to check it out in April they still haven’t comeAs first time home owners their key hand over was not special at all something as simple as offering to take pictures of the handover did not happen
