Pathetic service... Dont honor SLA, give a damn when u tell them u will give a bad review of their establishment, don't t care attitude which feels like they are challenging you to give a bad review.... Dont answer office phones... You have to call Atleast 6 or 7 times for them to pick up once.. . Horribly run operation department.... 1 star is far too much for this comp y or service provider.... Out of human courtesy you give them an additional 2 days to meet SLA in view of bad weather... Still, they can't meet their empty promises.... Pathetic

Good prices, good products but some of the employees are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional, bad service therefor I rather buy somewhere else so I dont have to deal with the rudeness. For customer service they get one star, and that is to much.
