What Horrible phone services! Most of the time when you call them it rings till voicemail, if you do manage having someone answer they are rude, don't greet on the phone and when asked to be transferred to someone else for better service you are put through but it also just rings till voicemail again. If you call a second time directly after it's either the same story and rings till voicemail or alternatively you get anew person on the phone that might be helpful or as said before same story. Its a lucky draw when calling build it Hibberdene

Recently taken over by a new owner and some positive changes have been implemented. There is a better and more helpful vibe. The range of products has improved and the bulk sand and stone side is also better. Some attention still needed at the tills to control the queues, it's a bit chaotic at the moment, perhaps some ropes to designate where people should queue.A new addition I noticed today was a skid steer loader, this will make for quicker turnaround time on loading sand and stone, which was previously done by hand. The continuous improvements are great for service and customer experience, well done Buildit Hibberdene

This store is bad.... The staff are very rude not helpful... To busy talking amongst themselves and loud. When you ask for help they rude, telling you as the customer to first greet them.... The security at the door is even rude.... The last store I want go into... Have to be really desperate to go in there.

I have to express my disappointed and disservice with this shop. Last week I bought material for a fense. One the delivery was suppose to be on Friday for material but they were a day late and the material was short.The rest of the material was suppose to be delivered on the following Monday. However they sold the material to another customer. So I now have to wait another full week for stock to arrive and the rest of the poles to be delivered. Mind you I had already paid the full amount.To top it all up Poor customer care and overall service delivery and accountability from management.
