I have always known Panarotts for the best pizza but today l got the worst pizza ever the base was very dry,not well done and it's burnt .the pizza came unsealed hence got damaged and very cold like yesterday's pizza

They took incredibly long to bring our food. Everyone else in the restaurant got their food before us even though some of them came after us. Really bad service. We waited for nearly an hour and when they brought our pizza they place it on a tomato can instead of a steel placement like everyone else got.

Great overall experience. Food was excellent and service was good. The decor was renovated and gave a better atmosphere. My only gripe is that the monsterito seemed smaller than I remember.

Stopped here for a quick bite i my to find out that the best pizza on earth “bacon and banana” has been taken off the menu - why??? The options left are very uninspiring, my husband got the pasta had no flavour and honestly the best thing we ate was the focaccia which they call something else but again no flavour but if you add salt chilli and some Parmesan it’s great! Covid protocols at an all time LOW and no one really cared about the kids in the play are which is odd as there were tons of kids there???? I can’t understand why people think the virus has left us it hasn’t….. I think people should rethink the safety we experience when we go out! I saw a few exciting things on the menu like a Braai pizza wonder what that’s like and the kids menu isn’t half bad…..

Really enjoyed the food. My server was very attentive to my needs. I would seriously recommend going to this restaurant if you are a pizza or pasta fan.

I can't recommend this Panarottis enough. I was very late to get takeaway pizzas for a surprise baby shower this morning, and I basically got there with less than 30 minutes to go. They managed to get my large order to me very quickly, and everyone loved them as they were delicious! The lady who was helping me with the order was also so lovely and accommodating, I wish I'd gotten her name to acknowledge her.

We had the monstrous pizza, two great flavors until we had a steak pizza, steak was raw or it was old. It tasted weird the dough was also wetty and not crunchy, more like raw.Wouldn't recommend any steak flavors.
