Reception without hesitation , change us to another room. the room had plumbing issues.

Horrible! There was no water the whole night. We left without bathing and we had to go to another business meeting. No communication or what so ever from the manager. Worse, the milk that was supposed to be fresh turned out to be sour. We had only 2 sugar serchet. Experience was very bad.

Please ensure staff are adequately trained to know what payment options are available, as clearly American Express Credit cards are not accepted, I even showed the check in clerk my available balance on my credit card, which was in excess of R66000, this didn't deter her in saying that they accepted this type of credit card a week ago.TV channels for viewing is feeble to say the least, half of the channels are just frozen in time,not great if you spending time alone without your loved one not being there.Room was clean and suitable for an overnight stay.

The bedding is nice, shower water is hot, the front desk staff are nice, especially Mpho. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. There was almost nothing to eat for almost an hour to closing. I requested my refund and headed to the nearest McDonalds

Worst hotel ever, not reccomended...Service is pathetic, I never got the room I booked, I pay money and be treated like I am begging the staff are rude and racist

It seems like this place got stuck in 2010. Everything is extremely dated. The room was very small and looked way bigger in the pictures. The bathroom walls were dirty and below average. The bed was small and hard as a rock. The next morning the breakfast was served. And it was very disappointing.. eggs and boerewors with cheese and ham. No bacon?? Only 1 juice available and the silverware? Obviously dirty. There was no clear strategy to get all of the guest names who were at the breakfast so there was a lot of confusion and going around from person to person. The carpets were dirty in the hallways and I could smell mould. I was very disappointed.

One of my worst experiences at this group of hotels. The amount of noise in passages at 2am. Cleanliness in the rooms leaves much to be desired. No glasses in the room. I strongly would not recommend.

The security is good but the hotel staff were not friendly, they do not communicate well with clients.I am no longer gonna find my self there.
