The Cat Hotel

Words can't even express how grateful I am that a place like The Cat Hotel exists. It's a God send for overprotective pet parents like me. My little boy, Jesse loves being there. The staff are so kind and attentive and give each cat individual attention. I know that at The Cat Hotel no cat is just a number. The facilities are beautiful and each unit has its own personal touch. Jesse especially loves the loft in the deluxe outdoor units and the shady, quiet garden setting means he genuinely has a holiday while I'm on holiday. The Cat Hotel team are absolutely the best!

Moira is a cat whisperer through and through. I trust my babies with her whenever I'm out of town and she looks after them really well. The facilities are neat and clean and all the furry babies have really happy looks on their faces.

Fluffy just asked me to tell y’all that Moira and her team at The Cat Hotel are “simply the best”. In fact, Fluffy – who is approximately 21 years old – insists on going to The Cat Hotel every time we (her humans) go away for any reason. That comes straight from the horse’s (or should I say cat’s) mouth.

My mom has been using the cat hotel for many years and loves it. When I got my own two fur children I started taking them here.Each cat is looked after with such love and I get daily updates on how they’re doing. This makes my day when I am travelling and gives me peace of mind to know they are in cat heaven!The cats get exposed to new toys, daily walks and playing with other cats. With lovely grassy enclosures designed for a cats delight. Heaters included for winters and hidey holes for the shy cat.Sometimes I think the cats don’t want to come home because they love Moira and her team so much.Highly recommend to leave your fur children here as their home away from home.

I am horrified that I didn’t discover the Cat Hotel sooner. They are totally amazing - they take such care and give huge amounts of affection and attention to my cat when she stays there. Constant feedback, pics and videos get sent and I can really see that my cat is not at all stressed and is as comfortable as possible. In fact I am beginning to suspect that she likes it a bit too much there…! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We took a standard outdoor villa for our two cats. They simply didn’t want to leave - they were so happy there. Lots of surfaces for them to climb on, and a spacious house for two cats. Bring your own blankets and toys to make them feel more at home if you want. The staff were also absolutely helpful and so professional.

Moira and her team at The Cat Hotel are truly cat lovers. They go above and beyond to ensure that your cat is happy and well cared for.Midnight always enjoyed her stays here, she got lots of play time and many cuddles. They also kept us happy by providing constant updates of her well-being.We’ve been using The Cat Hotel for over 6 years, mostly for longer stays, they were always very helpful and accommodating to our needs, they even brought Midnight to the vet for travel vaccines.I sincerely recommend The Cat Hotel to anyone who wants their cats cared for by someone who loves them as much as they do.Thank you Cat Hotel!Family Grünwald

The Cat Hotel are incredible. They went above an beyond to keep my cat happy and healthy for the month she was in the cattery. They were always happy to help with any questions or requirements needed for her export. They really supported me and my cat during this stressful time.
