The person who answers call queries if you don't want your job why don't you vacate it for someone who does. You just can't place a person on hold without even getting to know what assist you could be.

My wife and I received a ticket and happily took a seat wait to be helped. When one of the cashiers call us over asking if he could help. Firstly I gave him my ticket number and ask him if I was next, to which he said its fine.. Only to have my have my wife shoved aside by another man shout at us, as he's was here before us. The gentleman who was helping us did nothing about the situation. Leave the other gentlemen to continue to verbally attack My wife and I. What Is the use of a ticket system if the staff don't follow it and then for them to just sit back and watch as a problem they have now cause unfolds in front of them. To the point where I just walked out completely dissatisfied and now extremely upset..

Why is your service so bad? I even lost count in terms of how many times I've called your Alberton store to no answer.Because a week ago I applied for a contract with you guys and I was told that I will get the credit report within 3 working days but now its already the 8thday and theres still nothing. Im not happy

There are times when things go smoothly and you are in and out in a jiffy and others are a nightmare. I have had good and bad service there. One frustration though is that they sell a product but do not support it with spares like a charger cable.

It's a good place but I didn't like the time I had to stay in the shop waiting to be served

Poor service at Telkom Alberton City, a lady said she will get back to me with regards to my upgrade, today marks exactly 1 week, and when you call the phone is never answered. This store has to either get a new manager or employees, it's pathetic.

On a nice and quiet weekday, I popped in. After about 20 minutes of completing the form, I was told that the system is off line. We can continue and I have to return for the phone, or I can go to a different branch and start all over again. I chose the latter.

I have never received such excellent and brilliant service in my entire life... I walked into your store and was helped by a pleasant and friendly young man by the name of Sebastian he truly sets the standard when it comes to customer service and thanks to him you guys have gained me as a customer for life

Most PATHETIC service ever. If you have a TELKOM account CANCEL it. If you're WHITE you WILL NOT be assisted. RACIST employees working at TELKOM!

Extremely disappointed in Telkom Alberton city (the one opposite pep), very poor service and the one lady just decided to take lunch. The service agents are extremely slow and not well managed. The manager is so all over the place that she doesn't pay attention to the value of customer service. Very weak. I think some management training should be organized and staff training on when to take lunch to due to fact that it was out of lunch time (around 11:00). I just wanted to upgrade.
