Had them replace a Samsung A50 screen with a Samsung original part. A few months down the line, the screen pops off, breaking in the process. Owner is adamant the phone must have been dropped even though the screen protector is intact. Will NEVER do business here again. Case will be taken to ombudsman and small claims court. Samsung indicate it is not even an original Samsung part.

I won't go there again. Took Samsung A9 for screen replacement, phone is never the same again. Screen is unresponsive to some touches and the back light stays on while charging. Excuse is that that is the only screen his supplier brings in. Was there twice afterwards just to hear it's not his problem or the screen is not the problem. Was going to take a Samsung A7 and a Huawei mate 7 for screen replacements as well, but I'll skip that and go to someone ells.

Horrible place to go to.I tried to buy a PlayStation remote and they sold me two faulty remotes and didn’t let me return.I wasted a lot of money over nothing because the owner shouted at me and said it was my fault.
