Appalling service follow up is terrible from admin staff to the rep something as simple as a quote takes ages no courtesy call to apologize for the delay just a don't care a damn attitude they don't deserve to be in business.

Terrible service. Only used City Glass because my Body Corp required it.Asked for a quote and was told an agent will contact me to come out and measure - never received a call. \Called in again, was told i will be called back - no call.Called the building manager because he knows someone at City Glass, he was able to get them to measure, still haven't received a quote though.Called the Managing Agents to complain about City Glass. They called city glass and told me someone will contact me - once again, no call.Called in today to check on my quote, person told me he will call back in 10min...its been 2 and a half hours, no call back.Been trying to do a simple gate and window bars since end September. It is December and nothing has been done!

Absolutely awful service. They don't seem to need business. You have to beg them to come out to quote and then they loose the quote and you have to call and call to get any feedback, eventually I decided to just use another company.

I asked them to cut a glass two weeks ago, paid upfront for job and after many phone calls to them, where I was told they will call me back and never happened, I finally after two weeks got my glass. Needless to say it was still not complete and I waited for them to do as I refused to leave without it. Their service is terrible and I will never deal with them again.

Their prices are affordable. Cheaper than the rest

Terrible service. I would give 0 stars if i could. They make you wait for quotations and don't call you back. You need to pester then constantly for a service you are paying for.

Terribly slow and unprofessional service. Still got the wrong product after writing it down and explaining and showing a picture. Reception needs to wake up, never returned calls. Atleast they salvaged a little bit of class by delivering the window (after I had been there twice)

Raelin was in charge from start to finish and always very professional. He went the extra mile every step of the way even if it meant doing it himself! Excellent customer service and quality. The new windows are amazing

Zero stars. 9 phone calls later, 10 days later, still no rep to come and measure. They have promised back phone calls and we have made appointments, but nothing has materialised. What a terrible work culture.
