Friendly from the gate to paying the bill. Efficient service and phoned to inform me of the service cost before starting the work ask r if optional replacements should be done with the cost related. Car was received washed and smelling new.

138 000 service and Mercedes Benz had no transmission oil to complete the job. All parts removed not returned as required by the CPA. Really disappointed with this A7 service, I expect more from Mercedes

You may be lucky to get what you want. Note of price tag not related to Black Friday and 10 percent surcharge on returns. Choose wisely. Expensive parts will get them running particularly if it coming from Germany. On the end check what is delivered. You may find a problem and headache.
