It's KFC, great chicken and friendly staff. You might have to wait a couple minutes for them to cook your food, but that really seems like a pro to me instead of it sitting around for a while. Always get the order right, never had a bad experience.

Just bought chicken at KFC Gansbaai. The skin was so brown you could see that it was cooked yesterday also the chicken was dry, tough and chewy. Disgust, will never go there again.

The ONLY lady helping us at the counter, was so slow... Literally walking in slow-motion while we're waiting in a queue. The chicken was very dry and chewy. I ordered online but still had to wait for nearly 35 minutes

My rating is based purely on the service which was really good all round from ordering to collecting the staff were very warm and friendly!! Unfortunately the food not so great, especially the Box Master and Colonel Burger were both incredibly dry and stringy with no moisture at all and the ratio of colonel sauce also not proportionate to the chicken to aid the dryness!!! So apart from the good service not so great from a quality perspective.....

Arrived at 07.45 yesterday morning and we ordered three cups of coffee an 3 breakfast burgers the name escapes me now,the Burger had a piece of chicken,potatoes and an egg,we ask for Zinger sauce.What a delight,we absoluteley enjoyed the breakfast burger.This meal normally has white sauce however we asked for Zinger sauce and she happily changed it for us.Fantastic thank you KFC lady you are a STAR and thank you for the cup of warm water as well.

The chicken was dry and way too salty, not crispy at all. The fries weren’t better, they were not cooked long enough and tasted like they were just warmed up in a microwave. Sadly i can’t give less than a star, this KFC was really disappointing
