Tried their new steak pizza, it’s awful. No flavour and the toppings are scarce. Pizza arrived cold. Very poor quality.

Disappointed in the delivery offered by Romans Okavango. Placed the order at 5:20pm and on the confirmation said delivery will leave 45min later. We stay less than 2km away. An hour later phoned the shop to confirm if delivery is still coming and they said order has gone out long ago. Phoned a second time after 15min to see if they can track the driver and they said that the driver was on his way.Received the pizza at 7:00pm. Cold and needed to reheat. Would rather have used Uber eats or Mr Delivery or gone and collect. Just dissappointed in the service.

On the delivery service menu the Pan base was marked Out of stock .I sent the store a note requesting for Pan base and the store showed up.The pizza is amazing .Fresh,warm, delicious.A taste of heaven indeed .Thank you to all the staff members who were on shift tonight .Ningadinwa ngumsebenzi omhle enimenzayo

It's okay for the occasional pizza. Prices aren't too bad. But...the toppings are very sparsely put on the pizzas. If you buy a beef of pizza you expect to see beef and not cubes of a Vienna like ingredient. The store is always hot and stuffy inside though, it's not comfortable waiting inside for you order, I suggest an air conditioner or adding some ventilation. Overall the service is great.

We had the most distasteful experience at Romans Pizza Okavango Junction last night. When we arrived at the shop the people behind the counter was making such a big noise I could hardly hear my husband talk. They were loud, shouting at each other, laughing out loud, quite a spectacle. When we had some of the pizza, it was tasteless and very bland, I mean no flavor or salt on non of the 4 pizzas we bought. I was so disgusted I gave the pizza to my dogs, and even they didn't want to eat it. At R109 a pizza, I would have expected at least some flavor like garlic or at least a bit of salt on the pizzas. I drove to Ashley's Pizzas in Kraaifontein, and as usual they never disappoint. I will never ever again waste my hard earned money at this place again, lesson learned.

SHOCKING SERVICE AND POOR POOR PRODUCT QUALITYWhile I was placing my order with X person, mid-order, she started talking to someone else, she was having a completely separate conversation while I, as customer, stood there, waiting for her to get done, and asked then she asked me to repeat my order….This is clearly why I got what I got ….I asked for a gluten free base with extra cheese. I got home and found that the base was still raw, it was chewy and thick and unpleasant. The extreme amount of cheese that was on the pizza made it IMPOSSIBLE to eat, not to mention the fact that it had COMPLETELY separated from the pizza base. It was ridiculous and actually terrible !!!! I can’t believe this is what I had to pay for. If I wasnt in such a rush and would have taken photos but It was a sloppy, raw, mess !!!
