Website shows 9to 5 pm and the actual trading hrs are from 9 am to 7pm but since last two days I saw they closed 6:45I came from far, rushing at cell c with disappointmentsHigher authority should take note.

The service is poor especially the store manager is rude, I went to explain what happened to my simcard instead of listening and try to find out he didn't even want to hear, but I went to blue route mall and they helped out

Attitude is more important than customer service.Was told fill in this form, then told “you didn’t need to fill in this section, in case you didn’t know.”Perhaps if you had mentioned it, I would have known and saved you from cancelling it out.Alas, having an attitude matters more.
