This system is messed!!!!! I was on the line for one hour and then they tell me the call volumes is high, this is insane!!!!!!!!!!! I can even send SMS's to the number to see if my payment reflected, what nonsense is this?????? Can somebody give me a different number to send an SMS to, please

If I could leave less than zero stars I would. They should start making -5 stars an option.It's so easy to do things the right way but they just don't care.It took a private company less than 24 hours to get back to me with results.I have already been waiting 5 weeks for my results.I have made payment, I did it exactly as I was instructed and now I have been on hold for almost 30 min already. After my emails were not answered.If you have the option I suggest you spend an extra 100 bucks and get a private company to do your checks. But of course the DLTC wouldn't accept that.

Went on Monday - drove all the way from Jhb to Centurion, only to be informed that they were offline. No assistance could be given. Phoned their offices on Wednesday late morning, they were still offline!! Gave Home Affair vibes: system offline - nothing we can do...

They are very unreliable and untrustworthy. i went to do my police clearance in Feb 2023 even now my digital copy hasnt been sent to my email. they dont bother to respond to queries nor answer they phones. yooh the regret

Very bad customer service. Highly disappointed. Called them so many times with no response. Sent them emails with no response whatsoever. Very poor customer service. They do not understand the importance of urgency. They do not understand that students like myself needs to apply for SACE, has to have these finger print clearance urgently to proceed with there Educational studies. It's like they don't want to do their jobs. Like they are just sitting around and getting paid for nothing. Disgusted

Don't know much about the company but all I know that the are efficient and have good customer experience. The parking if enough and shaded. The process is fast and they offer different packages for Police clearance making it accessible to all customers. Security is helpful.

It all seemed to go smoothly until we had to get the paperwork. Their system has been offline almost 2 weeks and even though they can see the results they can't print or email them. We paid for the 90 minute service and have been waiting over a week. If you want the phone them, get more airtime. Don't even waste time with emails. Terrible experience overall.
