Had my Samsung phone's screen repaired for R1100.00. It lasted a week. I was told that I would not be refunded, because the screen had cracked. I did not bump it neither did I drop it. They told me that I had pressed too hard on the screen. Ridiculous. Inferior quality products were used. I won't recommend or use them again.

These people did a botched repair on my phone, with the incorrect screen, which broke the next day. I phoned the main branch, arranged for a refund after I had to pay again at the Huawei store to have it properly fixed, with the correct screen and frame replacement that Cell Fix also broke. They agreed to the refund only for me to arrive at the store and them to refuse refunding me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SNAKES, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

What a great thank you to Ismail for fixing all my technical problems, and always making sure the product is well looked after and in good shape. Thank you to DiDi for the best service and great chat while booking my product in, always good to have someone laugh with you wile you Waite. And a thank you for gujjar for a warm smile everytime I walk in. Price is always good and your product is in always in good hands. Highly recommend.

I came here to fix a phone that was discontinued.Everyone told me that they can't get parts for my particular phone so they can't fix it.Cell Fix had my phone for a few weeks as they were waiting for the specific part that my phone needed to have replaced.They called me at least once a week to give me feedback and their prices are so affordable you won't even believe it.I would recommend this shop again and again.I've fixed other devices as well with them, but due to this particular problem where others couldn't help me I would say that they are truly on top of their game in the cellphone fixing field.Thank you 1000 times Cell Fix!!!!

I wanted to get a screen protector for my Apple Watch series 7 45mm. I was very verbal about the fact that it is a 45 mm. The guy then fitted a 44mm and tried to convince me that it was a 45. I refused to accept it as the wrong size rendered the watch screen virtually unusable. He accepted it and proceeded to fit a 45mm gloss cover. I explicitly asked them not a to charge me for the wrong protector. They said “R250” to which I agreed even though the gloss cover is rather flimsy. The guy then mumbled something that sounded like R250 to the lady taking payments. I trusted this and didn’t think of checking the slip. It was only when I did my banking recon that I noticed they had charged me R450.To make matters worse, the guy helping you, cares more about upselling you a plethora of attachments to all the devices on your person, than actually assisting you with your paint points. I can take a solid up sell, but not to the degree where it is forced down your throat with constant lies of “this price is only for you.”I would definitely not recommend this store. Go to a proper premium vendor, you’re going to pay the same price or less.

Wow. Im so impressed with the gentlemen and lady running /owning this shop. They are so curteous i felt quite ashamed of myself. I bought a speaker but it was not playing long enough. I went back with my usual learnt attitude of anticipating resistance and dishonesty. Its a bit rude and abrupt and accusing. Not pretty. The man assisting me had been so willing to exchange the speaker i was gobsmacked. However when i went back a second time. I know i know. I went in there and accused him of changing me a cheaper speaker. He remained utterly polite and friendly. No he said. Indeed see the size difference. Nou ja. He even changed it a third time when i finally said i wasnt happy with the sound quality. So yes. I strongly recommend these guys. And lady. For all your cellphone needs and gadgets and speakers of course. Sorry people for being so rude. And thank you i now have the perfect sound for a good price

My battery(IPhone 6) could last for just over half a day when it was fully charged and i knew it's time change it. Its health/maximum capacity was 88%. I went to CellFix (Gezina) before 6 pm (18/08/2020) and they put in a battery and i was told to charge it. I charged it and then switched it on, but to my surprise, the battery was draining very quickly; from 100% to 0% in under 5 minutes. Its health/maximum capacity is 4%. I think they put in a used battery from another customerShame on you ! You talk about TRUST, RELIABILITY, and TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE ?? You failed to uphold any of them.
