They do not deserve a star..Horrible very unprofessional unable to resolve issues unresponsive poor admin, if you disagree with something or ask for clarity you get charged a fee a very dodgy agency Gustav very rude hung up in my ear when trying to explain my case blocked me on whatsapp very emotional. We cannot wait to cut ties with these people. Very disappointing. Deserve to be closed down.

I had a horrible experience with the staff at Feel-At-Home Properties Management are unresponsive. Quick to take your money and if you disagree on anything you must pay a dispute fee (check your lease) and it just gets billed to your account.

I am a tenant at their Hilltop Loft flats and am very disappointed in the rude and unprofessional service have received from a lady called Makki, whos seems to think that she is doing me a favour by providing services I PAY FOR! I reported the roof in Nov2022 and to date (Mar2023) nothing has been done to resolve my issue!!!

application form for rent was sent to us - was about to sign. Then Joret last minute said there is a family emergency so family will be living in this house. I thought this is a business? then there was a 2nd option offered to us - and also leased to another person. They send you applications to rent a house then lease it to other people while they say they keep it for you for X hours to have the lease signed". very unprofessional. blue ticks messages. Do not do business with them."

.Whenever I visit South Africa, there is only one company that I consider for efficient and well-prized accommodation - FEEL AT HOME PROPERTIES. Being an international traveller, I always work with Makkie and Joret. The reason is that they are the most accommodating and efficient individuals I have dealt with. They go the extra mile - even on short notice. The accommodation is clean, and there is always a surprise in the room - chocolate and fresh fruit. I had a horrible experience with the staff at Feel-At-Home Properties. Very unprofessional. Ignored most of my messages and when I tried to phone, they ignored the phone calls too. I feel like they really don't care about any kind of personal interaction and are just interested in taking your money.

Contrary to their name, Feel-At-Home Properties is a deplorable service provider. Their service is terrible and their response rate is poor. When I moved out they even refused to refund what was due to me. It’s safe to say that I’ve had a terrible experience with them, including Gustav Kriel and Makkie Le Roux. I strongly recommend that you consider other estate agents.
