Tiffany is a wonderful yoga instructor, she has a very elegant way of reflecting on, and guiding you through the internal practice as well as the external.I highly recommend her courses and workshops as well as regular classes. She also really helped me pay more attention to my solo practice and highlighted it’s importance.
