Hi I wanted to find out how much your pap smear and urine tests are

The worst service by the pharmacist name Zimasa Mafanya. She was so rude. Like she is forced to be working.

These people don't know how to treat customers well, I mean,what ever happened to customer service? They accused me of stealing some lashes and told me to wait whilst they check their so called system". They made me wait for a full hour and once they saw I was innocent they told me to "just go" mumbling

Been my life saver for many years, I enjoy shopping from this pharmacy.

The clinic is not very jacked I waited 35 minutes before got up and left, definitely won't be making an appointment there again

Every now and again when I end up in Clicks, I am reminded of why I am NOT a regular customer!! 3 cashiers 4pm on a Friday??FIX it!! No Huisgenoot either. I went straight to Dischem from there and got everything I wanted WITHOUT queuing.

I recently made use of their clinic services. Very bad service i experienced. I initially had a Tuesday appointment that i had booked and confirmed in advance only to arrive at the clinic and be told the nurse did not come in today, mind you i had took a day from work specifically for this appointment. Nobody bothered to at least call to cancel or reschedule my appointment, how unprofessional that was.. When I eventually made another appointment for the Saturday the nurse who was there was so impatient, very hasty. She said something along the lines of having to finish all her appointment for the day. when I requested a copy of my invoice for the consultation fee paid, she said they do not have such an invoice, only when I insisted did she reluctantly print the invoice for me.

If I could vent frustration towards How Pathetic Clicks Pharmacy as a regional group to not have stock and not communicate this to the customer. RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FOR VACCINE, ARRIVE TO A BLANK EXPRESSED STORE STATING UH WE HAVE NO STOCK' -"

The staff don't seem to understand what products they stock (Took me 7 min on the phone to try and explain what an air purifier is- they kept saying Ergonator and that they don't have it), I would suggest that Solenco take their products elsewhere to a more competent distributor as they are losing sales.

My visit to Clicks was great. The staff are friendly and are always willing to help. I went there to get prescribed meds and my medical aid was not accepting payment. The lady told me to consult and that when I came back I should just go straight to her aas she knew my situation. She didn't want me to queue again for the same thing. That is customer centricity right there.
