The department of labour in Benoni is terrible , terrible services , takes unnecessarily long, you have to worry about your car outside because in Benoni everyday outside all these departments a car gets stolen because they’re outside watching you park knowing very well just how long you’ll take, it’s the weirdest space to be. One must park farther then Uber or something. And then the building next door says you’re not allowed to park on their pavement , my question is , who do pavements actually belong to???

I hate that I was made to queue the whole morning just to get UI 2.8 forms and told to come back the next day.I had asked for just the forms so I could go to the bank then come back and they refused

Waiting since May 2022. Everytime to fill in forms and not allowed to write date on forms. Why is it a problem to write a date on the forms. 10 counters only 1 working. They dont want to share e mail adress or phone numbers. Its our own money, why does it feel like we begging..

Benoni department of labour, their service is very efficient, I visited them today during the time of load shedding and there where working assisting customer with laptops regardless of loading shedding.. it shows the team are committed on helping customers... Keep up the good works

Went there this morning. The white consultant on a wheelchair was most courteous and helpful. He also thoroughly explained the procedures. His service was excellent. Would have given 5 stars but for the long wait in the que outside !
