CAG The Atrium Rivonia

The accommodation is beautiful and cozey. However the service is the worst I've come across. The guard was rude each time I drove in, saying I had to have a remote only later to find out that no remotes are given. This happened 3 times where he was just rude in general. The wifi didn't work and we were given the codes, but when I queried I was told it was under repairs... I was told I didn't payment for 1 night was not done. I rushed back to the place n then I was told oh that was sorted. The milk and sugar also doesn't get replaced daily

Very beautiful apartment. It comes with every kitchen and home appliance you would need to make you feel very much at home. It's centrally located in the heart of Sandton and close to most major malls and restaurants in town. However, the air conditioning system in my room would need some maintenance but I wouldn't hesitate on going back nevertheless and would highly recommend the Cube apartments anytime.

Absolutely amazing and recommended! Book though their cite to get cheaper prices (we got one bedroom for 60USD only). We washed and tumble dried all our clothes in there after Botswana-SAR safari trip. Beautiful kitchen. Cosy. Fast WiFi. Security. Bar, night clubs, shisha Lounges, shops just across a street which safe to walk even in the night. Spacious parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Everything you need you will find here. Love it!

The cube is a reasonably quiet apartment complex within walking distance of a small mall. It is clean and has all the facilities required in self catering accommodation. One can also order in food using apps like uber eats.

It was my most unpleasant experience ever booking through C.A.G at The Atrium.The security aren't helpful at all and are rude to guests and their visitors.Admin and Management are unprofessional to rude as well. Bianca has been very rude to me and needs to get her facts straight before running her mouth. Bianca needs more training in hospitality and Management.If she ran like her mouth, she would be in good shape.

The location was not great. Too many vagrants and drunk people loitering. The property has minimal parking. It does however have excellent cleanliness and the decor and layout of the appointments itself is great.

The smell in the house was just horrendous. Especially the toilet. The rooms were tiny. The reception was welcoming and so was the room service. But the smell was just too bad. It seemed that the plumbing was not done properly and water was seeping into the walls. Also the rooms were extremely tiny. The Ac was leaking in the veranda and we had to leave it open due to the smell. The Guards were very rude. Overall bad experience.

Edit: I'm really disappointed to hear from another review a month ago that the security guards are still being rude to guests. The receptionist is the not the initial contact of your establishment, your security guards are. There is a difference between protecting a building and portraying disgusting behavior to your guests. I was hoping to recommend your establishment to those seeking recommendations in Rivonia this December but as you seem to be uninterested in addressing the matter I will no longer consider your business.Original Review: Clean apartments but very disturbed by Jafet, the security guard who was unbelievably rude to me and my sister as I entered the apartments. Top notch place. Very reasonably priced. For that reason be sure to book in advance for your full stay, because extended will be difficult at the last minute. Solid internet and security. Walking distance to groceries, restaurant, and what appears to be night life activities, although I didn't partake myself.

Really convenient location for a few days in Joburg. Small but has everything you need, including washing machine and tumble dryer. Clean rooms, friendly cleaning staff. Perfect for business or (as we did) for my wife and I with our baby.
