The service is excellent from the door reception Puleng to the assistant Dinono. My dogs are safe and well because of you ladies.

This was one of the saddwst days of my life as I had to see my sweet pet depart from the earth. I was met by two young, but most compassionate you veterinarians, who were the ultimate in support and understanding my farewell.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind, the veterinary nurse that assisted me, was compassionate and understanding, you could clearly see that they have a love for animals. My only problem was, upon entering there was a young lady sitting legs up on a chair, on her phone the whole time. And then another young guy, called “Christo” I believe, none of these two acknowledged us when we came in. No greeting, just looks at you. The vibe they both gave off were extremely cold and non interested. The staff needs to work a bit on human relations. The young males' vibe made me so uncomfortable that I would probably not feel very happy having him look at my pet.

Dr Louw and Dr Christo are very professional and understanding veterinarians. Their prices are also very reasonable. We had to try another vet in Bethlehem because of an emergency and that just made me realize that Dr. Piet Louw are the best in the district.

A truly amazing practice. My cat was very badly injured by someone and Doctor Louw came out to his practice at 20.00 to see her, all with a caring word and a smile on his face. I am so very grateful to him and his wonderful team for looking after my baby.
