I Left a 28 Telefunken tv with these people for a insurance repair quote..the quote costs R200 which I paid on the spot...three days later they call me saying my tv has been repaired and there is a balance of R1260 to be paid...apparently they repair any item without asking the Client if the amount is under R1500 whitch they only told me once the repair was done and all I wanted was a quote as a new 32" tv from makro is R2499 with 5yr warranty...I won't be doing business with them ever again. Be very careful not to get caught by these people."

Staff and the owner are very rudeThey're operating in bad faithThey don't explain everything when you take your item to be fixed, you'll only learn about those things when they have to refund youI'll never encourage anyone to do business with them
