Extremely awful services with so many exclusions on the policy. It's so useless. Don't ever rely on them coz you will be utterly disappointed

I'm a member i can't find lipco to help me out they're unreliable i can't even rate them

Waste of monthly premiums, they don't help with anything. Even canceled my membership with them, when they let me down a day before my case was to be heard in court. Useless people, useless service a total waste!

The service is horrible, the worst i have ever experienced! no feedback, no communication, no acknowledgement of receipt of emails, no real legal advise and if any it will come way after the damage has been done, no sense of urgency what so ever, no record keeping, eveytime you send your legal representative an email they request your policy number or ID even when the email subject is still regarding the matter you are being 'assisted' with. wouldn't recommend the service to anyone.

Those are the most unprofessional and useless people you can ever meet in life . Even though they pretend to be lawyers they have no clue about what they are doing . They do not care about clients they are not reliable they just waste my time .

Lipco junior mediators act in self-interest, compromising policyholders cases by prioritizing their own processes, often resulting in delays and frustration with time sensitive matters. They also lack understanding of cases and therefore unable to provide meaningful mediation with positive policyholder outcomes. Internal processes operating in silos also adds to frustration , and almost every case has to be escalated to management. Only then does a workable strategy emerge, however this is often very late where it's then more damage control. This makes for extremely poor service, immense frustration and unacceptable policyholder outcomes. Lipco directors should seriously assess their offerings as it is not consistent with what their website projects. Managers try their best but it's always the 1st line of contact that fails dismally. It makes you regret taking a legal policy with them, but then you can't cancel and transfer to another legal policy company as the matter would be deemed pre-existing". Very poor!"
