Sales ladies are fantastic. Huge problem in despatch to get your goods. Something needs to be done there. Also , phones go unanswered numerous times.

If there was space for minus a star, I would've pressed that one. Very pathetic service. Placed an order 4 days ago and still not received my goods. Problem is I paid them to the last cent. That time they decide to deliver, I know some goods will not be there.Just paying my staff to sit doing nothing.Will switch to another supplier completely independent from Wispeco.

Phone rings unanswered poor delivery made payment on 7th August 2020 its the 12th August today no delivery yet sad thing is i have to pay my staff for sitting and doing nothing all day was promised delivery on the 11th August.

Conway's isn't bad . If you go you need to have time as nothing is a rush . Dispatch is is a nightmare . Then there is a black man working there that thinks driving his white VW polo is practice for F1 racing .
