I was at this pharmacy on a week day afternoon to get an antibiotic which my doctor prescribed. It was not particularly busy so I waited at the counter to be assisted. The staff appeared to be busy but they fooled no one. Two minutes passed and no assistance. Two minutes turned into four still nothing. Not even acknowledging my presence let alone a greeting. At about ten minutes I grabbed my prescription , which was on the counter all the time, and left. The sheer arrogance and blatant non caring attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say I will never ever set foot in that place ever again.

It's a pretty good pharmacy. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, but that doesn't mean things are always hunky-dory. One of the pharmacists got very cheeky/rude with me when I said I didn't want a capsules, but rather tablets. Furthermore, some of the medication are quite a bit more pricey at this pharmacy than elsewhere. For example, 30 tablets of mybulen costs almost R100 here, while it costs R70 at the Clicks pharmacy.

Bitter, stale and disheartening assistance.I am quite disheartened by the service received today at this pharmacy, I think when employees are tired a place should just close down. There's a lady who works right next to Dirk behind the dispensary I think, she couldn't be bothered by the fact that she was still assisting customers.For about 10 odd years my parents have been using this pharmacy and today, I was treated like a confused soul who is not deserving of proper customer service as well as advice from Dirk himself.I wanted to get a product recommended by a friend for mental and physical fatigue.The products name is quite similar to a product used for cramps.I was assisted by the teller and told to look for something on a shelf, her exact words were, it's right in front of you"

Friendly staff, Dirk and Nadia are the best. We have been with them for years, and will stay with them if forever permits. They truly are a family and treat their customers as family members.

I've been dealing with them for 18 years now. Their service is excellent, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Nadia goes out of her way to assist where she can. It's awesome to have to deal with this pharmacy and the staff, always a pleasure. Even though there is another Pharmacy in the mall, I prefer going here first to check and if they don't have I will go somewhere else.Keep up the fabulous service guys.
