We hired Birdsong Events to DJ at our wedding. Zelda was amazing in how she struck a balance in selecting the songs we requested beforehand as well as her ability to read the crowd throughout the evening. This combination of flexibility and self-assurance made it very clear that she and the Birdsong team are seasoned wedding professionals, and know how to create -- and sustain -- a good time! Above and beyond this, Zelda lent her expertise as a wedding planner to help us make some difficult calls on the evening, including how to fend the fierce Cape wind! Having Richard sing at our wedding and as our DJ was the most amazing experience! He has the best energy and went above and beyond to make our day special. He even surprised us by playing our song live as i walked down the aisle. He is so talented and created a playlist that perfectly suited out personalities (even playing some of our weirder requests, haha) he had everybody on the dance floor the entire night.
