I have gone to 4 different dojo's and no dojo gives off the family friendly environment as this one does (not to mention not all of them do fitness like this) this is still personally my favorite dojo, I made the most friends here whereas other places most of them already have friends or don't really talk to you, what I also like this one does weapons and self defense where the others only do weapons even then its just the nunchaks not staffs or anything, finally the sensei here becomes your best friend with helping you and teaching you and supporting you all the way personally I wouldn't want to go to another dojo this is the only one for me

Great place to get fit, learn martial arts and self-defence.It also a great place to teach kids, from very early age, discipline, balance, self confidence combined with martial arts and self-defence.The teachers are internationally approved gold medal winning champions, that continue to compete as well as successfully prepare their students for the competitions.
