Staff was very helpfull but they advertise all over and can't produce what they advertise. Came all the way from Robertson for the SamsungA02 and no stock and no idea when it will arrive. And its only untill 11April at a special" price"

0 Stars! Came to return sealed, unused goods in their original packaging with all slips. We're told by the store manager that blankets cannot be returned because it's like underwear or jewelry. Am I living on a different planet? How is a blanket the same as underwear or jewelry?? Dear store manager PLEASE GO READ UP ON YOUR RETURNS POLICY!!!!!! NOWHERE is it stated that blankets cannot be returned! It's not about the money but rather the principle. I will not leave this until its resolved. Will avoid shopping at Jet at all costs in future.
