3 attempts at initial installation to get things right. Then wait 3 months to have batteries replaced after only 18 months of usage. Only to find out our batteries died because we didn't refill them with acid, which we were not told we needed to do. If i could rate this company negative 5, I would.

Bought Revov batteries via these guys. Both lots defective. First lot replaced by Revov after it was confirmed cells were faulty. Second lot have the exact same problem and they just duck and dive..Eventuallyget batteries to Revive ourselves and they confirmed fault... No after sales service at all from powerhouse who sold us the goods

I installed solar system 6 months ago. The reasons: 1 to have continuous power during load shedding periods and, 2 to save on the ever increasing electricity bill.After obtaining a few quotations locally I decided to buy a solar system from Power Hour Solar. Not because they were cheaper but because they do the complete installation under direct supervision, no hidden costs, 10 years warranty on the batteries and 25 years on the PV panels and issue a compliance certificate upon completion. Up to now, 6 months later, I had no power failures or any issues with the new solar system.To summarize: they perform professional work and use the best equipment available in the market.

Great service and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They took an hour to help us design the right system for our needs, which has worked out perfectly.

Can’t get a hold of them. Deposit paid but product not working properly and can’t get them to complete the job.

No way you can get hold of them. Please avoid to save you a lot of agro and money. Big problems here.
