Sushi Wave Bar
This is by far my favourite restaurant in Observatory. The place has so much charm and character. SUSHI WAVE BAR is the best. The service is great, with friendly staff and FRESH produce. What more can you ask for?The chef is creative and prepares meals with so much passion. I look out to Tuesdays because I know that I will have a great evening.

Walton is the owner of the Restaurant. He started in Greenpoint Spar, opened a second branch in Stellenbosh and furthermore opened this restaurant.His success is due to the quality sushi he makes. He is always eager to ensure the satisfaction of his clients.I only eat his sushi!

Really good place to enjoy some sushi. The sushi chef is very friendly and works hard to provide you sushi to your liking. Portions are good in size and worth the price.
