Excellent..Covid awareness but no consistency.. Manager addressed me on a buff I was wearing which was drooping...but the next minute he speaks a worker who mask was not covering his nose..consistency is important..

Very bad service in that shop.on 2 occasions I walked into that shop and was told the person that should help me is on a break.The first time I bought a cellphone (R3995 price on display) at the till I was charged R4300 and was told that was the price I had to pay because that was the price that was loaded onto the system...seriously now...not good service

Staff are super friendly and good selection of products. Just love the chocolate hot cross buns. Always fresh and and an all time family favorite.

I bought Today 2 Rotisserie chicken for R155.. And one was abit raw inside and had alot of water /oil.. I didn't even eat it because it don't taste well.

I received excellent service from a Miss Nishaar Benjamin at Vangate Mall Woolworths.She spoke well and clearly over the phone. She went the extra mile to find a product for me. I am very impressed with her dedication and service she displayed.Before calling her I spoke to employees at the Waterfront and Seapoint branches, but their service was so inferior compared to my experience I received from Miss Benjamin at the Vangate branch. Keep it up.

Customer service is extremely bad at this store. They don't like exchanging items.Was there on Saturday 08.04.2023And the lady that assisted us refused to go look at the if they got other sizes of the pants we were looking for.Also a very poorly stocked food section.

Does not uphold the Woolies standard as it should. The shelves are often empty and the ice cream has icesickles. The nail in the coffin must be that fact that I purchased an item and wanted to return it , without a receipt, to which I was told to take another item of the same value instead of having the credit put on a gift card as 'apparently' this store experiences too many returns. I'm not sure when that became the problem of the customer but the service is utterly pathetic and leaves a bad taste in mymouth. Woolworths standards nor their terms and conditions apply to this store. Very sad to say the least
