Rural Fencing Supplies

I have just contacted Rural Fencing Supplies as I have a project requiring 300 lineal metres of fencing and posts and honestly this would have to be one of the worst experiences I have had on the phone with a business. The lady that took my call on Tues 6/6/23 at 2.40pm (I wish I could remember her name) was rude and patronising and could not answer a single question, it was absolutely painful, it was almost like I had rung an ice cream shop for advice about fencing. I was then put on hold to answer another call and when she finally made it back, I asked to be put through to somebody that could assist me and she refused, in the end I had to hang up and move on. I don't know how this person keeps a job here.Anyway if you require fencing I would save yourself a headache and avoid Rural Fencing Supplies and contact Direct Trade Supplies instead, they were very helpful and will be getting my job.

Heaps of items for many different types of fencing and purposes. Good price and friendly staff to assist us.

Great service and advice from the staff. They have a huge range of products, was pleasantly surprised.

Helpful and quick service, curious if gates are offered right or left hand swing as we were not asked if we had a preference. In hindsight we would have preferred one of each so the weld matched on a double gate. All good though as we should have thought of it.

I love this place, the yard guys are so incredibly helpful and friendly, you actually leave with a bit of a smile. The range is huge, and they get you all loaded and secure for the road, prices beat the big B.
