My first time at the salon and I was nicely surprised at the professionalism of the staff yet warm and friendly. They did an awesome treat on my hair. Simply loved it. Thank you.

Zero star rating - Not recommendedUnfortunately I left with hair far worse then when I came. My hair was bleached yellow then fried – no toner (because you are supposed to ask for toner, apparently...)I paid the full price but did not get the full service until I asked and had to come back for itIt was applied the next day, hurried, blotchy and uneven – without covering all the ‘highlights’. And now its going cost R1900 for a PROFESSIONAL colour correction! Or cut it off.My hair is ruined, brittle and so damaged that all my curls are gone. Also – stylist had 3 other clients while busy with me, even though I had booked. So this disaster took a whole 4 hours plus a return visit. I am so irritated. I at no point asked to 'go lighter'

First time trying this salon. I went for a Brazilian, unfortunately after washing out the treatment I experienced a lot of shedding, way more than I've ever experienced since getting Brazilians treatments on my hair. My roots were still very natural as if nothing was done to my hair. You could see the difference between my natural 4c hair growth and the rest of my hair which was still straight from my previous treatment. Even a normal blow dry from my usual hairdresser left my hair silkier than this treatment did.. The ladies who work here were friendly and nice, but I'm disappointed at the outcome of my hair, wasn't worth the money I spent.

This was my first time at Lavish and while being sceptical about trying a new hairdresser, I am truly impressed by the service I have received. I got a wikideals deal for a wash, treatment, cut, half head of highlights and blow dry. They are by far the best salon I've been too, Naa'ilah who did my hair was patient, caring, sweet and professional. She really knows what she is doing. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went in there but could not quite put it into words and Naa'ilah gave me exactly what I wanted. Thank you Lavish and especially Naa'ilah for being patient with me and giving me an absolute stunning look which I could not put in words. I am extremely fussy but would recommend this place to every one.
