The worse customer service I had experienced in a long time. I walked in and was half greeted by a woman. I had a vehicle part in my hand and then she asked the other man on the counter if it was his department. Without even greeting me he started shaking his head and replied we haven't got. I asked if this is not the same part as which they advertise and then he replied, we don't keep them in stock... That's it, case closed. Other people looked at me as if was trying to buy a beer at a diary shop, I left. Plain rude and obviously they don't need my business. I will never go back there even it's the last place in SA to get what they have. Poor show really

I required about stock availability and was told they have stock. Upon arrival and DISMAL service (arrived at 13h25 left at13h52) was told they don't have stock and Siphiso was not apologetic(in fact hit the table with his fist stating the SYSTEM")! Want to loose customers? well you're on the right track!!!"
