Parking is a mess as you have to park outside next to a field.Inside is a mess as there are people everywhere. Paying is a mess since they only have 2 Points of sale. And then you have to pack your items back in the basket whereby they only pack it in bags once you exit and they double check what you have bought, which in itself is a mess.But prices are generally good and they have a very wide variety of items.One does feel they need a much bigger centre and a more smooth pay and exit process.

This is one of my favorites stores, very comparable price

Very poor after sale service on solar batteries baught 4 in December and 2 of the 4 batteries keep losing power after 1 hour took it in 3 times and same thing they just charge it and give back to you and when i asked when they going to replace it they say they dont they just repair but when you buy it then they say 6 month warranty DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM THEM !!!!

Lots of electronic products to buy. Service is okay. Parking can be a bit scant, but you'll probably find some space on the street. Place is always packed with shoppers, isles can be cramped, making it hard to move around freely. Please note the shop uses VAT exclusive prices as their main prices, so you need to look closer on 3each product to establish the actual price you'll be paying at the counter.

They have a wide variety of interesting products including gadgets and tools, but their customer service is terrible. They seem to treat customers as if they're about to steal something. Despite having a great selection, their poor customer service makes it a less than perfect shopping experience

I'm in two minds about this place. There are helpfull people and really rude people there. Well stocked shop with low prices. Another frustration, they close the shop over lunch times. They are open on a Sunday though, perhaps the best tine to go there. I would say the shop is overstocked with the amount of space they have, very busy and no space to move and browse.

It has all you need in 1 store and the price are very good.but it's always packed so you better go when you are free and not in a hurry at all.there is parking space but it's not secure so you better go with someone to stay with the car while you shop.

I give this place four stars for the inexhaustible kaleidoscope of electronic items they have in store – from inverters, speakers, TVs, etc. It is more like a one-stop shop – although electronics stand out, there is a wide range of other home items one can buy. Their prices are very affordable. The only downside of their business is poor customer service. Their staff members are not servile and friendly. The ones who pack stuff will obstinately barricade an aisle and not make way for you to pass, that time the item you are looking for is just immediately after where they are working and you have to around other aisles to reach there. They also seem to not know much about the item sold there. I went there looking for an inverter, since well — load shedding. I literally had to force information out of the guy deployed to that aisle. He had no clue. I had to call someone who knew someone who had already bought the inverter for information.

This is by far the best go to shop in Pretoria west when it comes to electronics, convenient tools and other more cool things at an affordable price range. Just got even better.
