Not to bad. The process to get your parts after the salesman help was a bit to long. Had to wait 12 min just for the invoice to pay.

I used to buy at Alert Brackenfell eversince they open, they have been treating me well but only one day I got upset when they give me wrong mains bearings, instead of them to change they told me stories then I have to buy the right ones. And it was same day I wanted them to change it so I'm not happy with their service anymore.

Found odd engine parts of older model vehicles here, have your info as accurate as possible and they go out of their way to help. Paying sometimes takes a while though ( depends on your stock item and customer traffic)

People where friendly. I felt a bit lost. I was sent to the next counter but it was the wrong counter and sent to the next counter. Eventually I was told to sit. The flow of purchasing was confusing. First you order the parts. Then you go to the parts which is the last counter. Then pay which is the counter between the two. I felt like I was walking the whole shop. Suggestions they put up boards that you can see from the counter. Every time I had to walk away from counter to see what counter is next.
