Discovery Vitality and I did not receive the Health Assessment report. Tried numerous times to call the clinic to request report. Not the clinic or anyone else at Clicks answer the phones.

Not even 1 star worth. This place is a disaster. The loadshedding was already 2.5 hours then when it came back, ONLY THEN the staff decided to do small tasks like collecting trolleys etc. Instead of opening for a crowd in front who have been waiting for so long, they just stare at everyone, some of them even sits on chairs.. PATHETIC!!!

Please avoid Clicks for the vaccination. It's a disaster and they are clearly not prepared or capable. Clicks Kolonade lets you make an appointment but we waited 3 hours, and had to deal with the most arrogant little man called Mike making promises and being arrogant, pretending to be in some management position but he cannot conduct himself. People waited since 8 in the morning and were only vaccinated after 1 pm. Old people, disabled people being ignored by this little arrogant man.If you don't want the vaccination process to become a nightmare avoid Clicks.

Loadshedding was over but still they dont open. They say the system takes 20 minutes before it is work8ng again. But all the other shops in Kolonade opens and systems work.

This Clicks has employees that steal your goods when you checkout. Make sure you check your bags before you leave! On multiple occassions we've bought items that the clerk puts under the checkout desk instead of bagged with your purchased items. If you return they claim you forgot" your items."

Disappointed with the store. The specials that they are running are incorrect. The products are also marked incorrectly. Please check your products at the till to make sure you pay what you expected to pay.

Not the first time we had a bad shopping experience. Today none of the specials were loaded onto the system. More than one customer complained and staff did not know how to resolve.

I went to Clicks pharmacy in Kolonade mall and was assisted by a locum pharmacist his name is Tshepo Thobane and he was very rude and wasn't even friendly at all. He has no idea about customer service and how to assist people of color. I AM VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED in the service.

Terrible experience. It was such a bad experience having to walk around and could not find anyone to help till a bumped into two guys hanging around at the back of the store. I don't know where the other people where. The only people I could see were people at the till.Nonetheless even some errors were found on pricing not sure what this is supposed to mean to customers.This is one store I will not visit again.
