Silver jewellery is second grade and loses it colour. They sell lies. Pathetic

Not much attention is given to customers.However the products are of very good quality.

BAD SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!! I was in the store as I was looking for a wedding ring as I am getting married and then I saw a beautiful ring on display but didn't have the full amount and asked the sales lady if I may put the ring in a laybye as I'm scared that someone would purchase the ring and I really wanted the ring and put more then 60% Deposit on and fetch it when I get paid which was literally 3 days from that time I was in the store and she said plain out NO! I thought to myself okay il make a plan snd asked her to keep the ring till the next day she said okay ...Then the next day I went back to purchase the ring as I got money in order to purchase it told the girl I'm here to buy the ring she plain out tells me that unfortunately another customer came in the store and laybye the ring but I was told I could not laybye the ring who the hell am I then cause I was in need of the ring had the money by me but was said no then another sales lady offered to order the same ring from another branch I waited so long for a response because the ring is in sale too she managed to get the ring literally a week before my wedding but told me that I can't purchse it for the sale price and have to pay full price and I saw it for R1899.. your store service is PATHETIC I will never ever put my foot into a American Swiss shop I'm so angry and beyond disappointed All American Swiss I won't go to again now I don't have a ring and I'm getting married!!!!

I visited the Zevenwacht Branch on Monday 1 March 2021 with my 3 year old daughter. I wanted her ears pierced. I got helped by Carmellita as per the receipt. She helped me quickly and professionally. I was so gratefull. She was assisted by another lady when the piercing had to be done. They did both ears at the same time quickly. My daughter only cried a little. Thnx so much for making her expierience quick and painless.

Been calling all morning made 14 calls during 9:14am -10:05am and no answer

I want to say thanks to Melissa she has an Excellent customer service, she made my shopping easy.

Not really customer friendly. Did not assist me with fixing or refund. Bad quality goods for high price.
