Hi,yesterday evening I visited your branch and what I witnessed was something like never before. A customer that was in a terrible drunken state was just behaving in the most disorderly manner to staff members and even pulled the cordless phone from the the staff member hand while doing a phone order.Also pushed me aside while placing my order. How are things even allowed to happen like this in stores. It was really an unpleasant experience. Please hire security in future for things like this not to happen.

Food is okay. The staff are doing their own thing here. Their overall demeanor is so patronizing... They come across lazy and no smiles. They just can't wait for the day to end. Once and once only at this perfectly positioned overport branch. The bin area is a mess. The sink is broken. The soap dispenser empty. The sink was absolutely filthy. The restaurant tables were dirty. I don't know. They really lost the plot here. Who is the area manager... Get in touch.

Ordered wings, when I get to the store to pay they say the system doesn't let them select wings.Waited over 20 Min in a queue, only one person serving. The second till has sometime there but she is only entering online orders. When I get to the front and I give them my name, they don't see it on the system, she then has to go through a slip with all the online orders and then find mines, and enter the order again in order for me to pay, no system whatsoever.The sms said my order will be ready at 19:09, it is now 19:37 and I'm still waiting here for my order.Useless service,I would rather drive an extra 10 Min to the next store instead of dealing with this incapable store

Absolutely horrible. A Friday at lunch time we order online and get told the order will be ready in 20mins. Drive from Pinetown to Overport on the way get a message to say the order is ready. Arrive stand in line for 15mins as 1 till is open and the shop is packed. Get to the front to be told our order in fact isn't ready and will be a further 30 minutes as there are lots of orders ahead of us. 4 other ppl had told them to cancel the order and walked out and I did the same. This lunch was for our staff.

Ordered via the app at 6pm. Came at 6 50pm to fetch. Food was not ready, they couldn't cancel order. Manager said 20 min wait. We had somewhere to be. Came back at 8pm to fetch. Burgers were still not ready. Paella was ready. Waited for the burgers ,only to come home to the wrong flavor burgers. We ordered 1 mild and 1 hot burger. Both came hot. We ordered mild sprinkle paella. It came drenched in basting. Kids couldn't eat . They just ate the chips. Extremely disappointed and will not return to this particular pedros .

I believe they've lost the plot. I don't blame them. This Pedro's is extremely busy daily and they can't keep up with your orders the last 2 visits I spent 45 to 50 minutes waiting . Prior to this they did not have rice for the paella. Overall the food and employees are nice. Maybe you guys need to get that timer that kfc uses in order to push orders out faster

We need to stop supporting these knock off fast food chains. Never again , was a daily customer but now I'd rather put another R20 and go to a proper restaurant like Nandos. Purchased a strips and chips and the chips were stale , a few pieces of the chicken was undercooked. Asked for extra sauce sachet only for the server to tell me that it's not for sale . Lmfao an extra sauce sacher that's 25cents st best still can't organise coz ur staff is lazy and under qualified.

Wow! If I could give 6 stars I would. Had Pedro's delivered through Mr Delivery and I was truly impressed. The packaging, portion sizes and quality were just amazing. Even my 3 year old was dancing for joy while eating :D. And their fully loaded wrap"...? Truly FULLY loaded!!"
