One of the service agent informed me that the home internet that I needed is not going to work because there is no coverage in Johannesburg and I specifically informed her twice, when she asked, that I live in the area called Towerby in Johannesburg. I contacted MTN call centre over a week and was informed that there's coverage in Johannesburg and I've also checked coverage on your website, there is availability. This is the worst ever! Your service agents needs to do better!

So I get there at 17:15 and the door is closed I speak to some woman with dreds through the door and she says they close at 17:00 she was super rudeOn google it says 18:00I mean she is the only person that i have seen in that place that was rude as hell.Not even sorry thats the new closing time nothing.The closing times isn't even on the door so it like they just wanted to leave early

Poor service ever will be migrating to vodacom or cellc mxm! As it is right now they r selling HTC desire 626 but they can't provide accessories like cover, screen protector for the phone. How does one sale coffee and tells u he doesn't have sugar?
