The office it is nice and modern. The receptionist gave the best service. She explained clearly the importance of a title deed. She even suggested that I must have a will if don't have it.She explained the importance of having a will.

Struggle a lot to get any response to my mails that I send them. I always have to send 3 or 4 and get ugly before I get a response. Have been waiting for my council refund for over a year and not getting a lot of assistance from the lawyers.

Efficient service, friendly staff. Getting to their office can be tricky even when using google maps or waze. They need to place more signs. I also don't like the idea of having to exit the vehicle to access the intercom at the gate
