I had the most superb service from Ken's Auto for a Major service for my Merc Slk . I highly recommend this well run team conveniently located in Midrand just near Kyalami shopping centre ! I received -Prompt service , detailed explanations on what had to be done , friendly advice , clear communication , they had no issue lifting me to and from their premises after dropping my Merc ! My car had a makeover- with competitive pricing and nothing was too much trouble . The premises are neat and clean and my car returned after having a major service with extra parts in immaculate condition on the same day ! I'm so grateful for this ! Excellent! Took my Renault Sandro there.. They called me to let me know about all the fault outside of the service bracket and asked told me how much it would be if they had to do the extra work etc. And asked if they should carry out the extra work... They also very customer orientated!

Efficient and good service

Had all 4 brake pads replaced in FEB 2021 on a mazda cx5. 9 months later and less than 7000km the rear pads are worn out entirely. the pads were either not replaced at all or some really poor quality pads were used.
