Nice place great service. Fast and effective.The service used to be great I think the best guy has left or his on leave. I went there yesterday waited for 30 min while staff where chatting. Worse I was not well.

I always use this Postnet. On my way there I pass a few Postnet's on my way but I prefer this branch because of their excellent service. Today they even assisted me to wrap a gift that I needed to send and all with a smile. Excellent customer service

TL;DR - overcharge/poor staff knowledge and cumbersome.Staff does not know the products and/or system. The same products with which there are no problems at other branches namely sending a parcel to any Postnet under 5kg for R99 they keep getting 2rong and keep overcharging us. They keep making us fill in extra paperwork that is never required at other Postnets. They even try and collect keys/money from me for a postbox I have not owned in 7 years. This has been a downward spiral ever since this Postnet came under new management.

Never use them for DHL. The people have no idea what to do either sending a parcel or dealing with an issue. I have sent two parcels to Austria through Postnet Menlyn and it took them HOURS to manage to send them. Now I need to have them returned and I am waiting for DAYS for them to do what they need to do - and I can't do anything because they sent through their account with DHL. I may have my items destroyed because of their incompetence. Terrible service.
