Nature's River Cove Parys

Great location with beautiful spaces to fish and camp. Lots to do such as a pool and jacuzzi, riverslide and zip line into the pool. Putt putt course and petting zoo.The staff are very friendly and accomodating.The place is currently in renovations and will be like this for a while. But still a nice and great place to visit.Not to far from Parys or Fochville.

This place should not be rated at all. It is a minus zero. Please stay away. We decided to take a break and enjoy a Sunday away from home. I even phoned Smilin Thru about the prices and to ensure if it will be in order to bring my fur child along. What a disappointment!!!!! This is an understatement. This place should actually be closed down. Looks okay when you enter, looks old when you pay your daily tariffs, but when you go down to the braai area, is were you see the total break down. No toilets in working order at all. Was shown to the chalet area ablution, about 400m further. Just as bad!!! Nothing going on there. Cannot believe they are still taking visitors. We packed up and left. Be warned!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Beautiful Venue, the owners made us feel so at home, thank you Morne. Beautiful river view and activities.Bathroom amenities were so clean and enough warm water for everyone!

absolutely filthy and decrepit. the animals are neglected. the property not maintained. you will have a better time visiting a dump.

Camp site and weekend very enjoyed. The lower terrace at river side are the best spots due to shading. Upper terrace are not covered enough with trees but still good conditions.The ablution at lower terrace definitely needs attention, no warm water after a few people showered.Overall nice camp site.

Nice and peaceful in the middle of the week. Lower terrace camp grounds have decent grass.River is close and there is the option of fishing.There is a swimming pool with a zip line, as well as a slip n slide right into the river.The sand road is full of stones so not particularly well suited to small cars/low profile tyres.

When you are camping for the main goal of fishing, the facilities probably does not matter that much. The ablution blocks are really not that great. It wasn't cleaned at all during the weekend we camped there and the water pressure was so bad that we couldn't get the geyser to kick in and thus didn't have warm water. The swimming pool was very nice. Would've been nice to have a small shop or kiosk. The river is beautiful and also nice to see all of the animals.

Lovely setting but it needs some serious maintenance. There were notices of ablution facilities that are being demolished fair enough but it would have been nice to take a shower. Toilet drain overflowed and no attempt were made to clear the mess the next day. Sorry to give a bad report but see it as positive crit. I will be back!

This place has potential and has a peaceful setting but is severely unmaintained and under managed. On arriving there was no one to open the gates for the guests, we had to phone reception to ask what is happening. Driving further on there was no signs to direct us to reception and other signs are faded and worn out where you can barely see them. Picnic spots" for day visitors are pathetic
