Do not leave your car keys with the staff while they wash your car. I made this mistake and went shopping while they cleaned my car. Days later I found that my engine cover is missing. Cut a long story short, I spoke to the manager who 'checked' CCTV footage (in my absence) and reported it has been 'overwritten' from the hard drive and insisted they don't open the bonnet when they do a full wash.

They left 2 large, deep scratches on my new car last week. I've been going there for a long time and I know accidents happen, so I didn't hold it against them. Today I went there for a wash and go. I arrived at 15:45 and there were no cars in the wash bays. They told me they were closed and can't wash my car - they are supposed to close at 16:00. Never going back there again...
