The was no hot water and the passage is untidy not good at all. The staff is friendly and helpful even thou their WiFi doesn’t work inside the room.

I have stayed for two weeks, Food is good rooms are Ok... location is bad (outside the town).. WiFi not work, and signal is not available at rooms... television channels available only 8 ..... Loundry service is very bad expensive....

For the amount we paid for the food, I think this is the worst that could be served... On arrival we waited more than 10 minutes before someone could attend to us @ reception!

Ambience for days and the food, made me feel so bad cause I broke my diet. Now I'm gonna work twice as hard.Back to the lodge, it is clean, safe and good staff all around.

Room service on point, very great stuff friendly. The place is close to shops, there's the shopping complex about 3km away and a Mall.

The place is world class, with very beautiful and clean rooms. The problem is the service. At the dinning hall there is no waiter. The people are very young and not serious. You want coffee there is no coffee and noone to ask for coffee. A spoon is on your table but clearly shows that it has been used by someone as it is covered with margarine. You have to walk to the other bulding to ask for health. I propose that the young employees be trained in customer care.

The lodge is not about the business only but you feel as part of the family, during this covid-19 pandemic, I saw that it's not like they are taking their clients seriously but they do take their business seriously. They do it for you and themselves, may God continue to raise you. I'm happy about the service ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The place is good and rooms comfortable. The food are good but when people are more, food run out then have to wait although the staff are well mannered and friendly.
