Don't touch this dealership, parts overinflated. Dealer principal ignores you because you don't wear a suit and tie. Paid R8000 for parts only to find out it was the wrong parts took the car back paid R3000 to other dealership that repaired the car in 8 hours.Opel took 5 days

Worst customer service ever. Delayed feedback, poor communication and no accountability.I bought a vehicle from West Vaal (Somerset-Wes) end of September 2022. On arrival the vehicle’s engine light was on and the air-con was not working. In the 2 months I had the vehicle I only had the vehicle in my possession for one week. I struggled for 2 months to get the issues sorted out, West Vaal did not even attempt to sort out the issues on their faulty product. At the end of the day it was my time, numerous phone calls, multiple visits to workshops, sitting on the side of the road with my family in the car, organising tow trucks, to name just a few challenges, that led to the issue being sorted out.Although I received a refund from West Vaal on the work done (After forth and back discussions, lack of response etc.) I did not get any support from West Vaal or alternative transport during this time.And the struggle continues, I only received a copy of the registration document in January 2023 and had to do the licensing and roadworthy myself (because the previous roadworthy certificate was not valid anymore), after these costs were actually included in the original purchase price. West Vaal communicated that they will refund me, but I will need to sort it out myself.Well, the refund was submitted on 01Feb2023 and up till today just empty promises and no refund.Save yourself the struggle, time and effort and rather go with a company/trader who sees Customer Service as a key to success.

Super disappointing. I took my Isuzu in several times under warranty to fix a lock of the club side. Everytime they kept it for a couple of days to repair" but it never was. Now it is out of warranty and still doesn't work."

UNFORTUNATELY I had to deal with them. The WORST Service experience of my life. Westvaal had to replace a part on my Opel, Grandland X. They ordered the wrong part and did not communicate it to me at first. After complaining to them why it is taking so long, I finally discovered what was going on.Therefor I was without my car for almost 3 months!On the day I collected my car, not one staff member walked me to my car. I asked for a copy of the papers to get send to me, two weeks later still nothing.BAD SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, DON'T CARE about their clients to sum it up for you.
