Called the branch to enquire regarding what sliding door options I could use for a specific application. All I was told was I must check on the website because they have so many options, and the. They will quote me accordingly. I didn’t know this was pick n pay online shopping

Absolutely shocking to deal with. I received the wrong fitting from Larson, even though I had supplied a part number that it was associated to, and I have now been waiting over a month for them to approve crediting me for their incorrect stock issue!!! And no one returns my calls!

A nightmare! Ordered an expensive filter through H2o in Ndabeni. Delays in confirming payments and no delivery by Larson after a week. Had to drive to Montague Gardens to collect. Takelot will have your lunch" boys!"
