They came out to investigate a visible leak on the wall outside of my home on 16 September 2021 and it took them 3 hours to find the source which was actually the toilet right where the dampness was. Received my invoice today 08 November 2021 with the report I requested when the work was done (and which was requested several times after and each time was promised to let me have the same which didn't materialize).Very Poor and Disappointing service.
