Absolute worst service,Ordered through MR. D tonight, and they forgot to add one of our items to the order, which only consisted of 3 items.When calling them and asking where the item is, all it is a sorry excuse of an apology with no solution.The guy then says he will call me back in one min, which is another 10 min wait while someone at home didn't get their long waited for order!We call them again and the guy answers again with very min liss to be there, we state who we are and in a disgruntled voice asks if we are the mac and cheese guys".Then he again gives a sorry excuse of an apology and asks if he can give us 2 of the order tomorrow? no offer to resolve the issue at hand which is that we still didn't get our food!!Only after we tell him we want our food now! does he offer to get someone to deliver us our order

The only reason they get a star is for the amazing waiter Phil who is absolute star. However we cannot keep supporting a restaurant because they have a star waiter. We have decided to stop going here. Past two occasions the pizza base was soooo thin. The toppings do not seem all to fresh and the area above the pizza oven, the ceiling is filthy brown and gets darker on every visit. The sangria was horrible and had rancid fruit floating in it. OBVIOUSLY been standing a while.Please up your game, it was a night with when restaurants are supposed to be full. Yours was the only place in this mall, with one customer which was me. Wondered why Spur has guests waiting but you were empty.

Excellent Pizza at good prices. There was a monsterito special price last night (Mon)but also specials on Tuesday and Thursday. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. The restuarant was neat and clean. Highly recommend the pulled pork and pineapple pizza.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Awful service doesn't begin to describe it. Cold incorrect orders, no call backs, no refunds. Thieves. Two hours wasted waiting in the rain for an correct order to be delivered which didn't even happen! You should be ashamed!

Worse pizza I've eaten, for R180 I got half margarita and half chicken pizza. There was like 4 pieces of chicken on the pizza. The margarita pizza was dry. Bad attitude from the Manager when we called the store, will not recommend this place to anyone.

Delicious breakfasts on offer especially the breakfast pizza, some great combos.Very affordable as well.Service is good amd a play area to keep the younger busy while parents can relax and enjoy their meal.

It's unacceptable not to have vegan cheese. I'm lactose intolerant and will never come back again and will spread the word. Staff had us go through the whole order and then only just remembered. You can never find a waiter or manager there...always hanging out by the pizza oven. Pizzas were soggy last time we were there and now this.
